Lighting
Our second-floor studio is filled with natural light all day, with prime hours from 11a-2p.

Personal Touches
Our prop closet, furniture, and setups are ready for you—but we encourage renters to bring props, branded materials, or décor that reflect your style. Rearrange the space, create new scenes, and make your session feel uniquely yours. Need ideas? Browse our studio page for inspiration.

Setup & Cleanup
Please note: your rental time includes both setup and cleanup. To avoid feeling rushed, we recommend booking enough time or adding a 60-minute buffer at checkout.

 FAQs

  • In the heart of Downtown Jamestown.

    Located conveniently in the same building as Crown Street Roasting.

    There are 3 entrances to the building, the most convenient is located off of Cherry St, with the door labeled 2nd-floor entrance.

    There is FREE 2-hour street parking on 3rd & Cherry Street. Also hotel parking garage off of 4th street.

  • YES!

    With 2500 Sq Ft we have plenty of space for you to bring your own props and sets

    We provide the blank canvas for your to unleash your creativity.

    Please note we do not allow early access to drop off or set up for photoshoots, please book your time accordingly.

  • Rose & Grace Studio requires payment in full when booking your session.

    Rescheduling: We offer a reschedule for bookings with a 48 hour notice via your confirmation email. You are allowed to rebook to open availability within the next 90 days.

    Cancellations: We do offer cancellations as per our agreement. Please notify the studio for any cancellations.
